This may be an option if you are free from capsular contracture and happy with your breasts otherwise. Fat can add fullness where needed and fix mild asymmetry and contour problems. It can be done with relatively little discomfort and fewer post op restrictions than implant surgery. But there are risks with fat transfer. Your implants could be ruptured. This is not common when the procedure\u00a0is done carefully, but it is possible. Also, some of the fat may not survive. If it doesn’t survive, it usually is re-absorbed, but in some cases it turns into hard lumps or liquid filled cysts. This usually happens if there is poor blood flow or if large amounts are injected in one spot.\u00a0I would meet with a few doctors and choose someone with experience grafting fat around breast implants.
